Useful things to know about the partner program
How do you calculate commissions?
Let’s say you refer 10 people to buy Income Affiliate ticket. They purchase using your affiliate/referral link, you get paid 20% of the ticket price for all 10 people. Affiliate program apply to all Income Festival Event Tickets.
What are the requirements to join?
Anyone can join the Income partner program. You don’t even need to be a festival member. But to successfully promote the Income Festival, you must have an audience that is ambitious to succeed online.
How do i get paid as Affiliate Partner?
All payments are made to your PayPal account OR directly in your Bank Account of your own. Payments are are made in USD or local currency of your country. Payments are Automated, manual payment only can be requested.
When am I paid?
IFEN release payouts monthly for accounts that reach a threshold of at least R300 for Event Ticket (Minimum of two referrals). R1200 for Business Builder Bootcamp Ticket (Minimum of one referral).
Can I refer myself?
We do not allow self-referrals, the partner program is meant for attracting new members to Income Festival Events to learn how to create digital income in form of passive income, active income or business revenues.

AFFILIATE PARTNER PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
Welcome to the IncomeFestival.com Affiliate Partner Program. By signing up and participating in this program, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. This Agreement is legally binding and governs your participation in the program. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not participate in the program.
2. Definitions
“Company” refers to IncomeFestival.com, a global platform headquartered in Sandton City, South Africa.
“Affiliate” refers to the individual or entity that agrees to promote the Company’s products and services in exchange for commission-based compensation.
“Commission” refers to the earnings an Affiliate is entitled to based on the program’s structure.
“Referral” refers to a new customer who makes a qualifying purchase through the Affiliate’s unique tracking link.
3. Eligibility and Enrollment
3.1. To participate, an Affiliate must complete the registration process and be approved by the Company.
3.2. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion without providing any reason.
3.3. Affiliates must be at least 12 years old and legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement under their respective country’s laws.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
4.1. The Affiliate agrees to promote the Company’s products/services ethically and lawfully.
4.2. The Affiliate shall not engage in misleading, deceptive, or unlawful marketing practices, including false advertising.
4.3. The Affiliate is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and any associated accounts.
5. Commissions and Payments
5.1. Affiliates will earn commissions based on successful referrals that result in completed transactions.
5.2. Commission rates, payment schedules, and payout methods will be detailed separately on the Affiliate Program platform.
5.3. Payments will be made in U.S. Dollars (USD) or in the local currency of the Affiliate’s country of registration.
5.4. Affiliate payments are automated; however, in case of technical challenges, payments will be made manually through the Affiliate’s preferred method, either a bank account or a PayPal account.
5.5. The Company reserves the right to withhold commissions for fraudulent, suspicious, or chargeback-related transactions.
5.6. We will make payouts monthly on the 15th of every month for accounts that reach a threshold of at least ZAR300 in South Africa or $50 globally.
5.7. All payments are made via PayPal in USD and via South African bank accounts or any local bank account of the payment receiver.
5.8. We have set our cookie* time to 40 days.
6. Prohibited Activities
6.1. Affiliates may not bid on the Company’s brand name or trademarks in paid advertisements.
6.2. Affiliates shall not promote the Company’s services using spam emails, misleading claims, or any form of unethical conduct.
6.3. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws in their respective countries, including but not limited to data protection and advertising regulations.
6.4. Self-referrals are not allowed. The goal of the program is to refer new sellers and not to be confused with affiliate programs where a seller uses affiliates to sell their own products.
6.5. Partners should at all times make it clear they are a third party and not the Income Festival platform or an official representative of the Income Festival platform.
6.6. Partners may not bid on any Income Festival brand keywords or any misspellings of these.
6.7. Abuse or shady behavior will get the partner banned, and any pending commission payments will be withheld.
6.8. Partners must make it clear and obvious to consumers that they may receive remuneration for promoting Income Festival.
7. Termination
7.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause by providing written notice.
7.2. The Company reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate’s participation immediately for breach of terms, fraud, or illegal activities.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.
8.2. The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from the Affiliate’s activities.
8.3. Our liability in connection with this Agreement and the Affiliate Program will not exceed the total commission payable to the Affiliate under this Agreement.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
9.2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation, failing which it shall be settled through arbitration in Johannesburg, South Africa.
10. Modifications
10.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time and will endeavor to give at least 7 days’ notice wherever possible. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER
The Affiliate acknowledges that participation in this program does not establish an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture with the Company.
The Company does not guarantee earnings, and commissions are solely based on successful referrals.
The Company reserves the right to update or modify the commission structure at its discretion.
Affiliates are responsible for any applicable taxes on their earnings, including duties, VAT, and GST under their local tax laws.
The Company shall not be liable for any losses due to unauthorized access, system downtime, or technical errors beyond its control.
It is the responsibility of the Affiliate to pay any taxes, duties, and other fees that apply to their commission earnings.
*Cookie time is the maximum amount of days between the last click and the conversion, at which the partner will still be credited for the conversion.
